  Gina Pona, M.A.T., N.C.P.T Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant
I have a Bachelors Degree in Education, with emphasis in Science and a Masters Degree in Specialized Education and Learning Disabilities. For seven years I was an elementary educator. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 1992 and continue to upgrade my education and certifications in this field.

As your Personal Trainer, I will create a workout program specifically for you, according to your needs, wants and goals. By making exercise a part of your lifestyle, I will help you become self-motivated and independent in your exercise future. I can help you bring Yoga and Pilates' theories into your workout sessions, which will help you enjoy your training much more.

My Mission is to help you reach your goals by developing healthy lifestyle habits to become mentally and physically fit.
